It is a cash rebate equivalent to 40% of the expenses in audiovisual services and 20% of the expenses in logistical services carried out in the country.<\/p>

To qualify for the FFC incentive, a minimum expenditure on audiovisual and logistical services in Colombia must be met as follows:<\/p>

Audiovisual works or feature films<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1<\/strong>,800 SMLMV<\/b>, equivalent to COP 3,151,629,000 (USD $856,388*)<\/strong>.<\/p>

Series<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1,800 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 3,151,629,000 (USD $856,388*)<\/strong>, with an average cost per episode of 450 SMLMV, equivalent to COP 787,907,250 (USD $214,105*)<\/strong>. Both conditions must be met. A series with fewer episodes may apply if it meets the total minimum spend, or a series with more than four episodes may apply as long as it maintains the minimum spend per episode.<\/em><\/p>

* If the total expenditure in the country is equal to or greater than 9,000 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 15,758,145,000 (USD $4.2 million)<\/strong>, the average spend per episode is not required.<\/em><\/p>

Short-form web series or animated series<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1,800 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 3,151,629,000 (USD $856,388*)<\/strong>, with an average cost per episode of 72 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 126,065,160 (USD $34,256*)<\/strong>. Both conditions must be met. A series with fewer episodes may apply if it meets the total minimum spend, or a series with more than 25 episodes may apply as long as it maintains the minimum spend per episode.<\/p>

Music video package<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1,800 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 3,151,629,000 (USD $856,388*)<\/strong>, with an average cost per video of 72 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 126,065,160 (USD $34,256*)<\/strong>. Both conditions must be met. A package with fewer videos may apply if it meets the total minimum spend, or a package with more than 25 videos may apply as long as it maintains the minimum spend per video.<\/p>

Post-production projects<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1,800 SMLMV<\/strong>, equivalent to COP 3,151,629,000 (USD $856,388*)<\/strong>.<\/p>

Only for projects that, prior to the application stage, have been beneficiaries of the FFC for production.<\/p>

  • The call for applications for the FFC incentive is open year-round until resources are exhausted.<\/strong><\/li>
