Argentina leads with eight productions, while Colombia matches Mexico’s number, which premiered 14 productions in 2023, signaling a greater balance in the production of Spanish-speaking series and films.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most anticipated bets is the adaptation of ‘Cien a\u00f1os de soledad’, the monumental work by Gabriel Garc\u00eda M\u00e1rquez, a titanic task that has been undertaken by a team of top-notch screenwriters, backed by Netflix’s<\/a> highest investment in Latin America, which demonstrates the quality and talent of the Colombian human team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another series returning with force is ‘La primera vez<\/a>‘, which was a resounding success in its first season on the platform, immersing the viewer in the 1970s and exploring the social context of the time. On the other hand, ‘Fake Profile<\/a>‘ also presents its second season, showing the traps and challenges faced by users of dating apps and social networks.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most striking proposals is ‘Secuestro del vuelo 601’, a series based on real events that occurred in 1973, where suspense and tension take over the screen while narrating a dramatic aerial hijacking and the desperate negotiations that followed.
