FFC

Cash REBATE

It is a cash rebate equivalent to 40% of expenses on audiovisual services and 20% of expenses on logistical services incurred in the country.

To be eligible for the FFC incentive, a minimum expenditure on audiovisual and logistical services in Colombia must be met, as follows:

Audiovisual works or feature films

A series with fewer episodes may apply if it meets the total minimum spend, or a series with more than four episodes may apply as long as it maintains the minimum spend per episode.

* If the total expenditure in the country is equal to or greater than 9,000 SMLMV, equivalent to COP 12.812 billion (USD $3.2 million), the average spend per episode is not required.
