About us
The Colombia Film Commission is the gateway to one of Latin America’s most vibrant and diverse production destinations. We are a project by Proimágenes Colombia, supported by the Colombian National Government, dedicated to positioning Colombia as a strategic location for international audiovisual productions.
With nearly 200 national and international productions supported since our inception, we have become a trusted partner with deep knowledge of the territory, the local sector, and the demands of the global industry. Our support spans all stages of production, from filming to post-production, and covers a wide range of formats including feature films, series, animation, commercials, music videos, and video games.
We provide access to competitive incentives, including the Transferable Tax Credit (CINA) and the Cash Rebate (FFC). We offer guidance on permits, procedures, and local legislation, and connect the industry with a nationwide network of talent, companies, locations, and institutions.
We also develop tailored location packages for each project and act as a bridge between production companies and the various public and private entities involved in the production process.
Colombia has what the world is looking for: unique locations, skilled crews, compelling stories, and robust incentives.
Colombia, We Have It. And the Colombia Film Commission is here to make it happen.
