Training

Between 2024 and 2025, the CINA National Training Plan carried out projects based on decisions made by the CPFC (Colombian Film Promotion Committee), aiming to strengthen the audiovisual value chain in Colombia. Activities included training in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Topics covered included on-set ethics, environmental responsibility, directing actors, creative animation, sound, art direction, lighting, editing, and gender equity, among others. There was balanced gender participation and strong representation from diverse communities. The activities were supported by regional academic institutions and film associations, and were highly rated by participants. Surveys were also conducted to identify areas for improvement and to streamline processes, alongside a diagnostic analysis of current production models and training gaps in the sector.
