The building presents elements that are very representative of period architecture, such as the convent-type arcade on the first level, the box-type balcony with elaborate wood carving, and the clay tile on the roof. House of Gabriel Angel Escobar and Ana Villa. Mr. Escobar was one of the most representative businessmen in the country in the first half of the 20th century.
