Description
It is a large sector of Cali made up of four communes of popular neighborhoods, which occupy a good part of the east of the city. This sector of the city is home to 30% of the population of Cali, just under 700,000 inhabitants. Aguablanca has many grassroots organizations and community leaders who do important work to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of this area.
