Project approved for CPFC
- Application stage: Postulación FFC
In order for your project to be eligible for submission to the CPFC, please note the following steps:
- The application process must be completed through the online platform.
- The applicant is informed of any observations made regarding their documents and content so that they can be corrected.
- Once the observations have been corrected and the requirements have been met, a verification and relevance concept for the project is issued, enabling the project to be submitted to the next CPFC.
- Approved projects are sent to the Committee five (5) business days before the session for evaluation and must be approved two (2) days before submission.
Remember that...
- If the application is incomplete, the project will not be approved for review by the CPFC.
- The CPFC usually meets once a month, and its meeting schedule is published annually on the Proimágenes website. The meeting schedule is subject to change as determined by the CPFC.

The project is automatically moved to the following month’s session.
Who are the members of the CPFC?
The Colombian Film Promotion Committee is made up of representatives from the Vice Ministry of Tourism, the Vice Ministry of Arts and Cultural and Creative Economy, the Directorate of Audiovisuals, Film, and Interactive Media, ProColombia; two delegates from the Office of the President of the Republic, one representative of the producers to the National Council for Arts and Culture in Cinematography. Additionally, the person in charge of the Proimágenes Directorate has permanent assistant status and is entitled to participate with voice but without vote.
