Étienne, a young man in his twenties, disappears during his journey through Colombia. Michel, his father, who works as a welder at the Saint-Nazaire shipyard, decides to go out in search of him. But Michel has never left his country, does not speak Spanish and knows nothing about a situation over which he has no control.
Moving repeatedly from helplessness to euphoria, Michel will follow in the footsteps of his son and discover who he really is through the eyes of those he will meet on the road… Meet Charlie, a young woman who takes him to different places frequented by young foreigners and arrive at Tayrona Park, where later he will find that his son is immersed in the Colombian nature knowing and accompanying the Kogui.
The emotional father-son encounter will lead them to confront and solve their problems, but above all, to understand and recognize one another.
