The new reality competition series 'Buddy Games', hosted by Josh Duhamel, will premiere on Thursday, September 14 on CBS. The project is a beneficiary of the Colombia Film Fund (FFC) cash rebate incentive and was shot in Mosquera, Cundinamarca in February 2023.

'Buddy Games' is inspired by the comedy film of the same name, created and directed by Duhamel, based on a real-life tradition of organizing physical and mental challenges for his friends. In the show, six teams of four lifelong friends will travel to a lake house and compete in a series of challenges, including dodgeball, water balloon fights, and obstacle courses. The last team standing will be crowned champion and take a cash prize home.

The challenges will test the strength, endurance, and mental toughness of each team member to strengthen their bonds with the group and relive their days of youth and glory.

Buddy Games' is produced by Bunim-Murray with audiovisual services by Cumbia Films.
