The Casa del Carnival, located in the neighborhood below, traditional Barranquilla sector, built in 1929 preserved its colonial style that the Caridi Mitriani family remodeled in the 90s and delivered to the Carnival Foundation of Barranquilla as Headquarters of the Festival Organization and Meeting point of its participants. It is one of the attractions favorites of the city and currently boosts the patrimonial recovery of the sector.
