Description
The reserve is located on the main road leading to Manaure. It features densely vegetated trails, a small waterfall, and a wooden footbridge with metal rails that crosses the river access. Long trails continue into the forest. It features a main house and a recent brick, concrete, and tile construction surrounded by gardens. It houses a significant remnant of tropical dry forest. Its 140 hectares are home to more than 200 species of birds, mammals, amphibians, and vulnerable tree species. Land access via the Manaure highway. There is a parking area and a production base within the property, close to the main house. Access to the forest, waterfall, and river is via foot. Facilities are in excellent condition. Moderate traffic at the main entrance to the property, which faces the highway. Wi-Fi and basic services are available.
