It is one of the oldest sites in Valledupar's historic center. It was relocated to its current location in 1578, and the first blocks were established around it, from which the city grew. It is surrounded by colonial buildings, and the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception stands within its framework. Land access. Parking is available on streets outside the historic center and in private parking lots. Commercial premises or private homes can serve as production bases. Facilities are in excellent condition.
