Rio Guatapurí (Balneario Hurtado – Parque Lineal )

The Guatapurí River originates in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and extends for 80 kilometers. It flows into the Cesar River before passing through Balneario Hurtado, located within the city of Valledupar. The resort consists of several riverside establishments with simple facilities, shade cloths, and Rimax chairs. A concrete and metal bridge crosses the river and provides access to moderately calm waters.
