Parque García Rovira, located in the heart of the city, honors General Custodio García Rovira, hero of national independence. This epicenter of Bumanguesa's social dynamics brings together some of the most representative buildings of the Santander capital, including the Santander Governor's Office, the Bucaramanga City Hall, the Luis Carlos Galán Civic Square, the San Laureano Parish, with typical architectural features of the 18th century.
