Audiovisual and Multimedia Communicator from the University of Antioquia with experience as a director, producer, assistant director, editor, writer, and workshop facilitator in various audiovisual projects. Also she worked as programming assistant at film festivals. Her narrative interests focus on poetry, the female world, emotions, the daily life , sexual and ethnic diversity. She directed and edited the fiction short film Refraction, winner of the PP and PDL grant from the Mayor's Office of Medellín 2023, currently in post-production. She was assistant director and editor on the short film Akababuru: Expression of astonishment, winner of the FDC 2022 in the ethnic stories category. Producer, workshop facilitator, and editor of Inmarchitables, a community audiovisual project with girls in vulnerable contexts, winner of the Art and Culture grant from the Mayor's Office of Medellín 2022. Co-producer and distributor of the documentary short film Comadres, portraying the daily lives of elderly indigenous women in Aldana, Nariño, selected in the documentary panorama of BOGOSHORTS 2022. Co-directed and co-produced the music video 'La Lentitud' by La BadBand (2019), selected in the National Competition of BOGOSHORTS Edition 17. Directed and edited the documentary short film CASA 16B - 42 (2021), winner at the Abejorral Film Festival and selected at the Jardín Film Festival, among others. This short film portrays her family's daily life during quarantine through security cameras. She was director of photography and co-producer in distribution for the documentary 'Raíces' (2018), winner of the Best National Documentary Award at the Equinoxio Festival 2019 and selected at Docsbarcelona 2020, among other national festivals. It portrays an artisan and his loneliness in downtown Medellín. Additionally, she worked as a general assistant at the Jardín Film Festival and at the Vartex Exhibition of experimental video in Medellín, Antioquia, in 2022 and 2023. She was involved in the production of the documentary serie Ciudades sin Borde, funded by the "Living with Dignity" grant from UNOPS (United Nations Office for Project Services), financed by the European Union and executed by the Faculty of Communications and Philology at the University of Antioquia, aimed at integrating the Venezuelan community in Colombia. Currently, she is developing the audiovisual essay 'Poemaria'.
