Laura Franco, was born in 1987 in Medellin - Colombia.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the film industry. She has been executive producer in different feature films, production services and original productions, including four stand-up comedy titles for Netflix by the most representative comedians in Latin America. She has also been the producer of dozens of commercials for the most important brands in Colombia, TV-Shows and international documentaries.

Her company Imaginer Films recently received an EMMY Award in the Outstanding Feature Story in Spanish category, for the production of the episode "Santa Cruz del Islote" of the ESPN Originals television series Greenland.

Her knowledge in the implementation of the tax and economic benefits granted by the country and her extensive experience in the participation of film festivals and markets, allow her to have a strategic vision of the industry at a national and international level, structuring viable and profitable projects from financing until promotion.
