Step 12
(*) Support from Proimágenes in analyzing preliminary figures
- Application stage: Acreditación del proyecto CINA
Once the minimum expenditure in the country has been made, the producer can apply for the first or only CINA. To this end, Proimágenes offers support in analyzing preliminary figures, following the steps described below:
- The producer sends the annexes issued by the trustee and the project’s auditing firm to Proimágenes.
- Proimágenes suggests updates or additions to the information in accordance with the Resources Allocation Manual (MAR) and previously agreed procedures.
- The trustee and the project’s auditing firm include any necessary changes to the figures.
- The producer sends the updated annexes to Proimágenes.
- The process moves on to the certification stage.
*This is not a mandatory step, but it is recommended in order to avoid issuing certifications with incorrect values.
Remember that...
- At the end of the execution period, the producer has a maximum of three (3) months to prove the expense.
- They must appoint a financial manager to handle the relationship with the trust and keep the file available for audit.
- Invoices and supporting documents must comply with all tax requirements in force in Colombia.
