Proimágenes reviews and verifies all accreditation documents, validates the producer’s payment to the previously reported bank account, and, if the application corresponds to a final or sole CINA charged to the contract, verifies compliance with the general obligations of the Resources Allocation Manual (MAR).
Based on these verifications, it issues a certificate of compliance addressed to the Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Knowledge within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the time of verification.
Remember that...
- It is advisable to plan ahead and verify that no supporting documentation is missing to avoid delays.
- It is useful to use a delivery schedule together with the financial team and the auditor.
- If irregularities arise at any time, Proimágenes may take appropriate legal or contractual action.
