Trading the CINA on the market

CINA trading can be done in two ways:
- through a stockbroker on the stock market
- through an over-the-counter transaction, i.e., direct trading with a buyer.
When trading, make sure to:
- Verify that the buyer is a tax filer in Colombia, whether an individual or a legal entity.
- Coordinate with the direct depositor to register the transaction with DECEVAL.
- Calculate the net income after applying discounts and related costs.

What is DECEVAL?
It is the Centralized Securities Depository of Colombia, a subsidiary of the Stock Exchange. It is responsible for safekeeping and managing CINAs and other securities.
What percentage of the incentive is actually received after the sale?
It depends on the market. Generally, it is equivalent to 30 or 32% of the expense subject to CINA.
