It's a period house with a yellow facade in the historic center of Valledupar, home to a bar-restaurant consisting of an open-air interior patio. The patio features central tables and is surrounded by a walkway with green wooden railings where tables are set. On one side is a small stage where live music is performed, along with the bar. Land access. Parking on nearby streets and private lots. The single space allows for a small production base inside, or on the outdoor sidewalk in a tent. Facilities are in good condition.
