CEMENTERIO CAPILLA DE JESUS

The Barichara cemetery is an open-air museum. On a natural space of trees, flowers and meadows, the art, history and tradition of the yellowlegs is reflected. At the entrance, the replica of 'The Last Supper', by Antonio Gaudí, made by the sculptor Arsenio Plata carved in stone. The variety of tombs show sculptural works in carved stone, tombstones with carvings of figures that recall the work carried out by the person in life. Old crosses with unique designs in Forge are exhibited on the walls of the cemetery. And on the wall of the house, there are some very old and delicate tombstones printed on glass.
