Description
It is a corregimiento within the Uramba Bahía Málaga National Natural Park, it is part of the Community Council of Juanchaco, Ladrilleros and La Barra. On its coast is the pier that connects the nearby towns with Buenaventura. It also has a strong emphasis on tourism, especially in whale season. It has accommodation, beaches, night establishments and ecological tourism.
