Description
One of the most frequented places in Duitama is this park, situated in the city center. Many banking institutions and commercial establishments operate around it. At the top of the park stands the Cathedral and the statue of the Liberator Simón Bolívar, while in the center of this area, you'll find one of the city's symbols: The Cedrela tree, which stands at approximately 25 to 30 meters in height and blooms from January to August.
