Description
It is a square in the city of Ibagué, Colombia. Located in front of the Tolima Governor's Building, it has traditionally been a venue for political gatherings. In this sense, it reflects the political and cultural history of Ibagué, serving as a meeting place for the ruling class of Tolima and as a cultural and folkloric stage for the city.
