Playa de Balsillas

This is a sparsely populated beach. It stretches for 1,800 meters, is approximately 3 meters wide, with some narrower areas. It has fine golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters with good visibility and low waves. It has a few small kiosks along the beach and is lined with sea grape trees, palm trees, mangroves, and a variety of native vegetation. There are a few properties nearby. The area presents itself as an open and continuous space, with unobstructed views to the horizon and little-disturbed natural conditions. Land access up to a few meters before the beach. No infrastructure. Production facilities can be set up with tents or on nearby properties. Wi-Fi and basic services are available in homes and commercial premises.
