Description
The construction and beautification were managed in 1980 by the "Association of Sons and Daughters of Ráquira" and carried out eight years later by Mr. Gustavo Alfonso Casas, the first mayor elected by popular vote. The sculptures placed there were gradually installed and crafted by local artisans.
