It also has a small backyard with palm trees, fruit trees, and animal cages. Land access, street parking, in a quiet neighborhood with little vehicular traffic. The infrastructure is in average condition, with limited space for a production base. It can be set up on the street or in neighboring homes. Basic services are provided. No Wi-Fi.
